Returns, cancellations and refunds

Gym wear and clothing returns
For eligible gym wear and clothing purchased online, you can request a change-of-mind return within 14 working days of delivery. UK online customers also generally have a statutory right to cancel most orders by telling us within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please handle returned items with care, keeping tags and packaging where possible. Where legally allowed, a deduction may be made for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Beauty and hygiene products
Some sealed items unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation once unsealed. Exceptions depend on the specific item and do not remove statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
How to request a return
Email admin@sandblondonbeauty.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Keep proof of postage; a tracked service is recommended.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return postage cost unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, please contact us so we can arrange a remedy and return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
For eligible cancellations, we refund the price paid for returned goods and any original standard delivery charge required by law. We will normally refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have posted them back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with your order number and the details. Photos may help us investigate, but there is no 48-hour cut-off for your statutory rights.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, please contact us. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise, you may make an eligible return and place a new order.
